Wow, there are a lot of new effects added to version 8! Two examples of these effects are illustrated in
the images below. The first image shows the new Add Borders effect. Previous versions of PSP had
the Add Borders option, but not like this. Now you can even select the color of the border while using
the filter, no longer do you need to set the background color first. The second image shows an example of
the new Balls & Bubbles filter. There are so many different possibilities for uses with this filter that
it boggles the mind. I added the eyes to my orchid using one of the Presets included for this filter.
